Cinnette graduated from Healing Hands Massage School in 2010. She has worked in settings that vary from hospitals and luxury spas to parties and events, but finally settled in her favorite and most extensive experience: in wellness centers that emphasis self-care while fostering a deeper connection with ones body. This is the philosophy Cinnette lives by and operates from. She regularly uses sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral work, compression and PNF stretching, all with a slow and steady hand that clients find soothing. She has a wide range of expertise she uses to get to the bottom of aches, pains and stressors and addresses each in a way that is tailored to every individual.
The main purpose of massage is to get in touch with our bodies in a stress-free and calm atmosphere. If you’d like to ask questions you will receive great feedback and suggestions for self care; but if you are looking for an hour or so of quiet, soothing bliss, you’re in the right place too.
